Hazel Grove B&B is situated in a peaceful unspoilt countryside, nestled between two of the best fishing lakes in Ireland - Lough Corrib & Lough Mask. The surrounding area is a beautiful mixture of rolling green hills, Limestone Landscape, and Woodlands, with a wide variety of flora and fauna, waiting to be explored, or enjoyed while relaxing in our large landscaped garden, with a panoramic view of Maam Turk, Partry, & Connemara Mountains.

The historic village of Cong is only three minutes drive from our B&B. Visit the Cong Abbey, founded in the year 628 A.D. and "Ashford Castle Hotel" with its magnificent gardens and forest over looking Lough Corrib and islands. The famous” Quiet Man" movie was filmed in Cong in 1951. You can visit the Quiet Man Museum, and many of the film locations. Take a peaceful walk in the forest by the rivers and lake, and enjoy the wildlife.

We are conveniently located for Hill walking and Mountain climbing through the rugged landscape of natural stone and a variety of wild flowers and shrubs with scenic views of lakes and islands.
